The zendo will also be closed on Saturday February 13th, 2010 due to our out of town weekend retreat
Zazen Schedule
Tuesday evenings (primary sitting of the week)
Zendo opens at 6:15 PM.
Zazen begins promptly at 6:55 pm and ends at 9 PM.
Dharma Talk given.
Thursday evenings
Zendo opens at 6:15.
Zazen begins promptly at 6:55 pm and ends at 9 PM
Zen council practice: 1st Thursday of each month (except during ango)
Saturday Mornings
Zendo opens at 8:30 AM.
Zazen begins promptly at 9:00 AM, ends at 11:15 AM.
Short talk given.
Samu or Work Practice is carried out at the end of the Saturday morning sitting. Samu is a short period of silent, mindful work in the zendo. The sitting is followed by tea with the sangha (optional).
Tuesday through Friday Mornings (Closed Sunday and Monday)
Zendo opens at 7:15 AM.
Zazen begins promptly at 7:30AM, ends at 8:30 AM.
