Zazenkai September 11th

Our next zazenkai -- the last one before next fall -- will take place on Saturday, September 11th. The day will begin at 9 am and end at 5:30 pm (please arrive by 8:45; doors open at 8:15). Zazenkai consists of zazen & kin-hin periods, a chanting period, oryoki (formal lunch in the zendo) and rest time. Talks are given by both our teachers. The cost is $25 for members and $40 for non-members, payable at the door. Please register in advance by signing up at the zendo or by calling 212-414-3128.
